Participation is free, however registration is necessary. Registration will be open until 15 November.

The ERA Mobility&Career Day is organized by three prestigious institutes based in Budapest with a global scope:
- Association of Hungarian Women in Science (NATE), a nonprofit organization that, among others, promotes a diverse and balanced research society and helps young people of all walks of life in finding a fulfilling education and professional career for themselves
- Bay Zoltán Nonprofit Ltd., one of the leading Hungarian institutes for applied research
- Central European University (CEU), a graduate-level “crossroads” university where faculty and students meet from more than 100 countries, known for its excellence in teaching and research
